How To Find Our Dental Clinic

Our dental office at 288b Danforth Avenue is close to popular Danforth area landmarks like The Big Carrot and the Danforth Music Hall.

Located just a short distance from East York, Leaside, Riverdale and Cabbagetown you'll find us near the corner of Playter Boulevard and Danforth Avenue.

Directions via TTC

Our clinic is a 5 minute walk East from the Broadview Subway Station or 5 minutes walk West from Chester Subway Station.

Driving Directions

From North of Danforth Avenue

Take the Don Valley Parkway South to the Bloor exit. Head East on Danforth Avenue past Broadview Avenue to Playter Boulevard.

From South of Danforth Avenue

The fastest route is to take Broadview Avenue North to Danforth Avenue. Head East on Danforth Avenue to Playter Boulevard.

From East of Broadview Avenue

Head West on Danforth Avenue to Playter Boulevard.

If you need parking, you'll find paid parking on the North and South sides of Danforth Avenue. Additionally, there is a Green P parking lot on the corner of Playter Boulevard and Danforth.

Appointments & Missed Appointment Fees

As a courtesy, we send a friendly appointment reminder and confirmation to every patient 48 hours prior to their appointment time.

What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, our cancellation policy requires 48 hours advanced notice. Cancellations must be made by phone during our regular business hours. Additionally, our cancellation policy may include a $60 fee for any missed appointments or cancellation that occurs without 48 hours notice. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please call our office at 647-490-2034.

What If I Need To Reschedule My Appointment?

Patients can reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment date. Because that time was reserved for you, rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $60 charge on your account. Rescheduled appointments must be made by phone during our regular business hours. 

On The Day Of Your 1st Appointment

If you're a new patient, here are a list of things to bring with you on your first visit:

  • A list of medications you are presently taking
  • The name and telephone number of your family doctor and medical specialists
  • Your dental insurance information including your primary policy number, your membership ID and the date of birth of the primary policyholder

When you arrive, please check in with the front desk receptionist. Our receptionist will provide you with a medical questionnaire form. This form is used to ensure we are aware of any medical conditions you may have and any allergies you have to medications.

At Twogether Dental we strive to make paying for treatment as simple and flexible as possible.

What Insurance Providers Do You Accept?

We accept most insurance providers including Sun Life, GreenShield, GMS, Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardins, Empire Life, Alliance Financial and more.

How Do Insurance Payments Work?

We can submit your dental claims electronically and process your treatment payment in the following ways:

  1. Insurance pays Twogether Dental the covered percentage and the patients pay the outstanding balance on their account or
  2. Patient pays the entire treatment amount to Twogether Dental and the insurance payment will be assigned to you
