Dental Emergencies We Can Treat
What happens
Describe what happened. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s come-now urgent or safe to wait.
We won’t promise every emergency a same-day chair, because that wouldn’t be honest. But squeezing people in is something we’re genuinely good at, and pain goes to the front of the line.
We’ll examine your mouth to diagnose the issue. Next, we’ll give you a clear treatment plan with upfront costs.

We do our best, and we’re honestly good at it. Call (416) 462-1211 first so we can triage; genuine emergencies usually get seen the same day, and pain always goes to the front of the line.
Handle it by the crown, not the root. Rinse it gently. Try to place it back in the socket, or keep it in milk. Then call us immediately; reimplantation works best within the first 30 to 60 minutes.
The emergency exam starts from $75. Treatment costs depend on what we find, and you get them in writing before we proceed. CDCP covers emergency exams for eligible patients.
Yes. Swelling, especially with fever or trouble swallowing, needs same-day attention. Call us. After hours, follow our message instructions, and go to an ER for severe swelling that affects breathing or swallowing.
No. We treat the emergency and we treat you with respect. Judgement-free care is house policy.
No, and honestly, very few “24-hour” listings in Toronto are. Our hours are on this page; outside them, call (416) 462-1211 and follow the message instructions, and for severe swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to an emergency room. During hours, we’re very good at making room for emergencies.
